The ranks are as follows -
Harbinger - Has control over the Guild Bank and officer promotions
Officer - Keep watch over the guild and help members, can also promote/demote members
Veteran Member - Someone who has gone above and beyond what is expected of regular members, this could be large contributions to the Guild Bank, helping out members in need or just being really, really friendly. First rank of Guild Bank access.
Member - Basic membership, active polite members who make use of guild chat will be at this rank, or reach it very quickly.
Initiate - Trial rank, promotion at officers discretion.
All members can invite new members into the guild, there are no membership rules.

This guild was set up by Bloodraven for our level 70s, it's currently only just started but can give a greater deal of support to those in endgame play.
There is a shared chat channel (type /join BoVR to get into it) so that members from each guild can talk.
Membership is slightly more strict as the numbers of each class and spec have to remain fairly balanced, but on reaching 70 you are more than welcome to enquire about membership from either Bloodraven, Malidor, Aeloth, Magistora or through the shared chat.
